RX: Run, ground to overhead (115/85#), strict shoulder press, back squat, deadlift, pullups, wallballs (20/14 to 10'/9' target), double unders, and box jumps (24"/20"). There will also be handstand pushups and muscle ups but it will not be required to be able to complete a wod.
Scaled: Run, ground to overhead (75#/55#), pushups, burpees, strict shoulder press, back squat, deadlift, ring rows, medball squat (20/14#) and box jumps (20"/14")
