Strength: 10 mins to est. a 1RM squat snatch for the day
5 min EMOM doing 1 squat snatch at 90% of the above weight

Run 1 mile (we will break it into 4 x 400m runs) with a 53/35# kettlebell. Every minute on the minute stop and perform 10 KB swings
