15 mins to work on Power Snatch Form and working up to a 1RM if the athlete’s form is good enough to do so. If not, just work on form and add weight as necessary.

Then:

20 Min AMRAP
5 Burpees
10 Situps (Butterfly)
15 Double Unders
20 Air Squats
Scaled Double Unders: 2:1 Parallette Hops
