Partner WOD

20 push press (135/95)
Unload bar and run 200m with bar.
40 wallball
Run with unloaded bar
60 burpee plate jumps
Run with unloaded bar
80 situps
Run with unloaded bar
100 Double unders
Run with bar

Split reps down the middle per partner and you cannot move on until both partners have completed their reps for every given exercise.
