10 Mins to work pull-ups or Double Unders

10 Rds

Every 2 Mins, Perform 10 Wall Balls, 10 russian twists (45/25), 10 KB SDHP (53/35)
With remaining time of 2 mins, perform as many Plyo Push-ups as possible.
Score is total number of Push-ups. If a round can’t be completed in 2 mins, just continue until you have finished 10 rounds and score is total time taken.
