Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes
1 power snatch + 3 Overhead squats (115/75)

Rest 5 minutes, then:

10 minutes of Burpee/ Box Jump (30”/24”) ladder
*Perform 1 burpee, 1 box jump, 2 burpees, 2 box jumps, 3 burpees, 3 box jumps, etc. getting as many reps as you can in 10 minutes.
