1. 6 minute ladder of burpees and deadlifts (185/125)- i.e. 1 burpee, 1 DL; 2 burpee, 2 DL, etc.
2. 6 minute ladder of jumping alternating lunges and KB swings (53/35) starting with 2 reps and increasing by 2 reps each round (2 jumping lunges, 2 KB swings; 4 lunges, 4 KB swings; 6 and 6, etc.)

*No rest between ladders. 12 min of straight work
