Teams of 2
For 8 minutes
1st partner rows for meters for 45 seconds
2nd partner- max effort situps for 45 seconds
(15 second transition time between exercises)
*Add meters rowed plus situps

Rest 4 mins

Then for 8 minutes
1st partner- max number of box jumps (24/20) for 45 seconds
2nd partner- max push presses (45/35) for 45 seconds
(15 second transition time between exercises)
*Add box jumps and push presses

Score is total numbers of meters rowed, situps, box jumps, and push presses per team
